Please note! The Rubber Floor Store is not liable for any Taxes outside the UK. Any taxes due for payment on delivery of goods must be paid for by the recipient. If taxes remain unpaid, the goods will be returned to sender i.e. The Rubber Floor Store. Any costs incurred will be paid for by the customer.
If you are ordering the same colour tile to match your existing tiles, there might be a very slight difference in colour due to the new tiles coming from a different batch at manufacturing stage. Every effort is made to match batch codes, however, we cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same.
Any returns will be paid for by the client unless agreed otherwise. Returns will only be accepted at our discretion. A restocking charge of 25% will be applied for stock tile products returned in perfect condition.
Making a purchase
This could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and then you will be asked for a few details we need to satisfy the order.
We accept debit cards BACs and most credit card.
You may send your credit card information via phone/fax or over the internet.
If you have a problem with the online payment, please e-mail us and we will take the payment by phone.
All credit cards are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and stored on our payment providers (Sage pay) computers.
Data collection terms and conditions (GDPR)
When it comes to handling your personal data, the rubber floor store is committed to adhering to sound data protection practices, and we take the protection and management of your personal information very seriously. As a UK based business, our handling of your information is controlled by the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (as of May 25th 2018 this will become the GDPR). E. Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal data from unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage
F. Obtain, use, process and disclose personal data in the performance of its obligations under the Agreement only
When opting-in to promotional emails with the rubber floor store you are giving us permission to promote product, service, offers or news from us from our website, via email communication. We will use the personal information gathered in our normal course of business primarily to provide the products, services, offers or news you have requested by opting in. Limitation and exclusion of liability
It is the client’s responsibility to check carefully the condition of goods before accepting delivery. If the goods you have ordered are damaged or defected or incorrect in quantity or amount, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
