Fitting Rubber Flooring

Fitting Rubber Flooring

Can I fit the flooring myself? If so, how do I fit it? Our flooring products can be fitted by anybody who is reasonably competent at DIY. There are a few tools that are needed (such as a V-notched trowel for the adhesive), but we can supply these for you.  We can also supply you with a full fitting guide for installing your floor.

Plywood must be fitted over wood subfloor to ensure a perfectly smooth finish. Nail this down with ring-shank nails and then fill the holes. Our flooring is designed as a permanent floor covering and need to be stuck down over the entire surface.

What is your Rubber Flooring made from?

Our products are made from a combination of SBR (synthetic rubber) and NR (natural rubber). Our flooring is halogen free and contains neither chlorine or phthalates. Most of the content of the material is natural fillers such as kaolin and chalk. Our flooring contains no heavy metals (such as lead or cadmium). Our rubber flooring is environmentally friendly in both its manufacture and recycleability.
