Delivery Terms and Conditions

Online and telephone orders will be delivered within 5 days unless notified.

Please note! Our delivery drivers are only able to make one attempt to deliver your goods, before returning them to the delivery depot. To avoid this situation please choose a delivery date and address that suits you. Alternatively if you wish to leave specific instructions such as ‘leave with neighbour’

If your goods are returned to the depo you can either collect them from the depot or pay a second delivery charge, to have a second delivery to your address.

Most orders are normally delivered next working day if ordered before 1.30pm Monday to Friday.

Some more specialist items take longer and we will advise you accordingly.

Delivery charges on our site are for the UK and Ireland users only. For delivery outside the above areas please contact us direct.

Please note! The Rubber Floor Store is not liable for any Taxes outside the UK. Any taxes due for payment on delivery of goods must be paid for by the recipient. If taxes remain unpaid, the goods will be returned to sender i.e. The Rubber Floor Store. Any costs incurred will be paid for by the customer.

Refund Policy

Any returns will be paid for by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Returns will only be accepted at our discretion.
A restocking charge of 25% will be applied for stock tile products returned in perfect condition, 50% for stock sheet products. Special order items cannot be returned as they are specifically produced to fulfil your order.  
Goods must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging.

Making a purchase

This could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and then you will be asked for a few details we need to satisfy the order.

Credit Cards

We accept most credit cards including American Express.

You may send your credit card information via phone/fax or over the internet.

If you have a problem with the online payment, please e-mail us and we will take the payment by phone.

All credit cards are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and stored on our payment providers (Protx) computers.

Limitation and exclusion of liability

It is the client’s responsibility to check carefully the condition of goods before accepting delivery.
If the goods you have ordered are damaged or defected or incorrect in quantity or amount, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
